These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of [Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst Cybersecurity Listing] (the “Directory”) and represent a binding agreement as between you and the Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst (“RCC”). 

These Terms govern your use of the Directory and your participation is entirely optional.  You hereby agree to the following as part of the Terms:

1. You will provide any information as required by RCC for purposes of RCC allowing you access to the Directory. 
2. RCC reserves the right to include and/or remove any listing as part of the Directory, in its sole discretion.  RCC is not responsible for the accuracy of any information in respect of any listings that are part of the Directory. 
3. The inclusion of any business in the Directory does not constitute an endorsement by RCC of the business or any products or services offered by the business. To the extent that you use the business for the provision of any products or services, you will do so based on having conducted your own due diligence into such business and RCC will not have any liability in respect of your use of such business. 
4. You will not be granted any license to any intellectual property or to any content that is otherwise included in the Directory. 
5. RCC will endeavour to make the Directory available but cannot guarantee that it will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error free and can accept no liability for its unavailability. 
6. RCC may update these Terms from time to time by posting updates to www.buycanadiancyber.ca/terms.
7. These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
